Frolic on the Bay is held at the Erie Yacht Club. Skippers and volunteers provide boat rides on Presque Isle Bay, a picnic lunch and entertaining experiences (including visits from YOU and your therapy dog!). This event is free of charge to individuals with physical and chronic conditions and those from disadvantaged situations.
Participating organizations invited are: Barber Center, Erie Homes for Children and Adults, Hope on Horseback, Inner-City Neighborhood Art House, Make a Wish, Mercy Center for Women and Shriners Hospital for Children.
Rain date for this event is July 20th.
